Salonish: The Dinnersation

What is a Salon-ish? It’s a word we made up. Think of it as not quite formal enough to be a “salon,” but structured enough for a little casual discourse with some food. A loose series (emphasis on loose) of events that will give audiences a sneak peek of the minds of artists with the artists themselves!

Take a seat at the chef’s table. Chef Valerie Erwin (Pepperpot) is inviting some of her favorite collaborators to put together a dish that shows off how the immigrant and diasporic experiences can tell a story through meaningful ingredients.

• Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; event begins at 6 p.m.
• Runtime: 90 minutes

‍Food & Beverage: There will be NA drinks available and attendees will have the opportunity to sample three bites prepared by the chef.
